Adding & tracking licenses
Record software renewals, firewall subscriptions, and seat-based licenses so nothing lapses unexpectedly. Add them under Licenses → + Add License, or let Google Workspace sync import your Google seat counts automatically.

Open a license to edit it and you'll find a Seat roster: add the people who hold a seat, either by searching your team or typing a name and email. For licenses you track by hand, the assigned-seat count follows the roster automatically; Google-synced licenses keep the seat count from the directory.
The seat fields stay editable on every license type (including subscriptions), and a value of 0 is kept as 0, so your seat counts won't silently disappear when you reopen a license to edit it.
