Marking done, history & filters

As tasks come due, mark them done and keep a record of who did what.

• Mark done advances the task to its next occurrence and records the completion (who and when).
• The Active / Completed toggle switches between upcoming tasks and the history of past completions.
• The assignee filter narrows the active list to one person's tasks.
