Checking a visitor out

Every active visitor in the Currently checked in panel has a Check Out button. Clicking it timestamps the departure and moves the record to the log — you'll see the visit duration automatically.

A visitor who never checks out is closed automatically at midnight and shows in the log as Not signed out, with no visit length. You can export the log to CSV at any time from Visitors → Log → Export CSV.
