Click 🏛 Board report on the Reports page to open a print-ready summary built for a school-board packet: fleet size and value, devices by school and lifecycle stage, this year's purchases and repair spend, upcoming end-of-life counts, and helpdesk highlights — all in plain language with the math done for you.
It opens in a new tab styled for paper. Hit Print (or save as PDF from the print dialog) and drop it into the agenda — no screenshots, no spreadsheet surgery. School-scoped staff get a building-level version automatically.
