Filtering & searching tickets

Inside a help desk, narrow the board or list to exactly what you're looking for.

• Filter bar: dropdowns for status, assignee, and priority narrow both the board and list views; Clear filters resets them.
• Search: the search box in the top bar filters the open help desk's tickets by title, submitter, location, or assignee as you type.
