The public request link

To let PTAs, booster clubs, and community groups request space without an account, turn on the public link under Events → Configure and share the URL it gives you.

The public form shows your district name and the same locations and items as the staff form, and submissions arrive in your Pending queue marked Public link so you can tell them apart. The form is protected by rate limiting and a spam honeypot, and it's off until you enable it.
