Sign in to admin.google.com, open Devices → Chrome → Devices, pick the organizational unit (the top level for the whole district), and click Export. A link appears under Your tasks; click Download CSV. The export includes the serial number, model, organizational unit, status, and the autoUpdateExpiration date for every device, which is everything this report needs. Exports from GAM or a Sheets add-on work too, as long as the file has an AUE column.
Deprovisioned devices are left out of the counts. Devices with no AUE date (a few very old or unusual models) are counted in the fleet total and listed as missing so you can look them up on Google’s Auto Update policy page.
